After School Program
Serving 13 schools in Anderson School Districts 3,4,& 5. The YMCA After School Program offers age appropriate activities for children kindergarten through fifth grade.  Those activities include: Daily devotions, nutritious snacks, homework time, arts/crafts, and organized games and activities.  Children are divided up in age groups of Kindergarten – 2nd grade, and 3rd – 5th grade for the activities. We maintain a 12:1 ratio.

All of our staff is certified in CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, and Child Abuse. The program operates each day when school dismisses until 6pm.

The weekly rate is $51 per child per week with a one time materials fee of $15. Scholarship assistance is available for those who qualify and we also accept the ABC Block Grant Program. 

EARLY BIRD REMINDER:

Spring Break Camp will be held April 2nd - 6th while the children are out of school for the holidays.  Camp hours are 7:30am - 6pm each day.  A variety of activities are scheduled during the camp with some of those being swimming at the YMCA, skating, bowling, and movies. Arts and crafts will be made as well as fun games and activities!

Cost:  $85 per child/week.  Scholarship participants will be $51 per child/week, Active Military will be $68 per child/week and School District Employees will be $59.50 per child/week.

Registration for Spring Break Camp begins:  Monday, March 19, 2012
