This is our newest and latest program for children ages 8-17, specifically designed around the YMCA’s triangle of Mind, Body, and Spirit. The program will be an opportunity for your child to experience a positively life changing workout that will be based around your child’s needs. An instructor will work directly with your child on cardiovascular equipment, weight bearing exercises, proper form, positive mentoring, and prayer. Our children are our future—and understanding and supporting their natural desire for physical activity will help build self-esteem for a lifetime of happy and healthy lifestyles.
