We offer a wide range of classes for beginners to advanced exercisers. All classes are taught by YMCA certified group exercise instructors. The many types of classes include water exercise, SilverSneakers, Fit for Life, Group Pump, Max Muscle, step aerobics, Bosu ball, hi/lo, yoga, pilates, Fitness 101, cycling and Healthy Kids.
