Phil Little Isshinryu Karate
Phil Little, tenth degree black belt and his black belt instructors lead this Anderson tradition. Train smart from the start with this all inclusive style of Karate. Traditional style, self-defense, mixed martial art, Ju-jitsu and ground fighting. Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Activity Room and 7:30-9:00 p.m. in Studio 1. Classes available to participants 6 years old and up. Fee based program. For questions regarding program, contact Phil Little directly at (864)221-4000.

AAYMCA Upstate Dance – taught by Ms. Hazel , Anslee Cartee and staff–  Fall Program for 2012-2013  Monday 5-545pm Baton and Dance, Monday 545-615pm Kinderdance and Monday 615-700pm Jazz/Pom/Hip-Hop.  Classes begin August 20th.  $15 registration.  Classes are $40 per month.   Free t-shirt for all students.  Registration for Fall classes begins June 11th.  Register at the front desk of the YMCA.  Make all checks payable to YMCA.


Massage Therapy
You deserve to feel good! Massage Therapy helps you stay healthy. Schedule your appointment at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.


TRX Next Level Boot Camp

6 week TRX Sports Bootcamp. October 29- December 6.  Monday/Wednesday 830am or Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm.  Suspension training improves strength, balance, flexibility and Core stability.  The suspension trainer uses functional movements and dynamic positions, which develops core strength and is integrated into each back, chest, hip and leg exercise.  It leverages gravity and the users bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises for every sport and/or fitness goal.  Members $60 2xweek Non-Members $120 2xweek.  Limit of 10 per class.  Drop in Rate Member $10 per class or Non-Member $15 per class if spots open.  All registrations and inquiries at the front desk of the YMCA.

wINgs (Working out IN God’s Services)- GET UP AND GO!
This is our newest and latest program for children ages 8-17, specifically designed around the YMCA’s triangle of Mind, Body, and Spirit.  The program will be an opportunity for your child to experience a positively life changing workout that will be based around your child’s needs.  An instructor will work directly with your child on cardiovascular equipment, weight bearing exercises, proper form, positive mentoring, and prayer.  Our children are our future—and understanding and supporting their natural desire for physical activity will help build self-esteem for a lifetime of happy and healthy lifestyles. Zumba
Come and join us for this Latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music. Zumba is exercise in disguise. Non-members $8.00 per class or 12 session Group Exercise Pass for $75.00, free to Members. Please check the monthly Group Exercise schedule for class times.
