CrossFit101

CrossFit 101 is designed to prepare you to enter our group classes through exposure to the basic movements and concepts behind our CrossFit workouts. These workouts are scalable to any fitness level. If you cannot attend the date above, but wish to have a private CrossFit 101 session, please contact Chad Alewine at chada@andersonareaymca.org
